1. Who we are
NetsMarket ("we", "us", "our") operates netsmarket.co.uk, a marketplace for buying and selling second-hand gaming controllers in the UK. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use NetsMarket
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, list an item for sale, or make a purchase. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Listings and accuracy
As a seller, you're responsible for the accuracy of your listing — including the condition, test results (stick drift, circularity, button function), and photos of the item. Misrepresenting a controller's condition may result in your listing being removed and your account suspended.
4. Buying and selling
NetsMarket facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the sale itself. Once a buyer purchases a listing, the seller is expected to complete the sale in good faith and as described. See our Returns Policy for how refunds work if something goes wrong.
5. Prohibited items and conduct
You may not list stolen goods, counterfeit products, or items you don't have the legal right to sell. Harassment, fraud, or attempts to circumvent the platform (e.g. arranging off-platform payment to avoid buyer protection) are not permitted.
6. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent behaviour, or pose a risk to other users.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NetsMarket after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
